Cpl. Michael Hilliard and Officer David Cole were recognized at the New Castle County Emergency Medical Services Eighth Annual Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survivors Reunion held last night. The event celebrated 43 survivors of sudden cardiac arrest in New Caste County in 2019. First Responders were given time to reconnect and share with those whom they saved. Please congratulate Cpl. Hilliard and Officer Cole for their life saving actions.
