On Saturday, November 21st, 2020, at approximately 11:44 PM, the Middletown Police Department responded to the area of Cole Blvd. and new Street in reference to a shooting.  Upon arrival, Police located a 32 year old male victim who was later pronounced deceased.  the name of the victim is being withheld at this time, pending family notification.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. This victim has been identified as Hakeem Evans, 32 of Middletown, Delaware.
