TAC (Traffic and Criminal Enforcement Requests)

The Middletown Police Department is always interested in hearing about traffic and criminal concerns (speeding, running red lights, drug activity, noise violations, etc.) from our residents. 

Report violations or concerns through our Traffic Enforcement Request form.

Your request will be evaluated by MPD staff and will be handled accordingly.  We can employ a radar speed sign, traffic enforcement patrols, and communicate with other city and state agencies when needed.

Any issue that is in progress or an emergency in nature should be reported immediately by dialing 911 or the non-emergency number (302)573-2800.
